TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Movement Productions LLC. By accessing our websites (movementproductions.co), utilizing the Movement OS platform (os.movementproductions.co), or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. SERVICES AND SCOPE Movement Productions LLC (the "Company") operates as a multidisciplinary hub providing a comprehensive suite of event-focused services: which include but are not limited to:

  • Event Production & Support: Technical infrastructure and onsite management for local events.

  • Consulting: Strategic operational advising for established organizations.

  • Creative Performances: Professional artistic engagements under the name Manhattan Mobley.

  • Proprietary Technology: The deployment and licensing of our custom Event Management Software suite (Movement OS).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI PARTNERING DISCLOSURE

  • Ownership: All creative designs, musical performances, and the Movement OS platform are the proprietary property of Movement Productions LLC and Jason Mobley.

  • We Partner with AI: Our work is developed through a deep partnership with Artificial Intelligence. We utilize AI not to work "twice as fast," but to go "twice as far." While individual digital components may be AI-assisted, the architectural logic and creative vision remain human-led with a goal of deepening the human experience through new levels of authentic expression.

  • Proprietary Assembly: Any unauthorized intentional attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the platform’s underlying logic or architectural framework are strictly prohibited.

3. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

  • Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of consulting sessions.

  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our mission of community safety and innovation.

4. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

  • "As-Is" Software: Movement OS and any software we use is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Stripe, or Supabase).

  • Event Actions: We are not liable for external factors or third-party actions during live or digital events.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA Your privacy is paramount. Information collected is used solely for coordinating services and managing memberships. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.

6. DETAILED REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

A. Service & Event Production

  • 48-Hour Window: We offer a full refund on all deposits if a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial booking or deposit payment.

  • Late Cancellations: After the initial 48-hour window, all deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date on our production calendar and initiate the architectural planning phase.

  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to appear for a scheduled engagement or provide access to a project site without 48 hours' notice, the full service fee is non-refundable.

B. Music Commissions & Creative Work (Manhattan Mobley)

  • Project Commencement: Due to the personalized nature of sonic design, work begins immediately following the 48-hour grace period.

  • Milestone Payments: Payments are tied to creative milestones. Once a milestone (e.g., "first draft") is delivered and approved, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

  • Final Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for creative differences once final high-fidelity files have been delivered.

C. Movement OS (Digital Goods & Event Tickets)

  • Software & Digital Downloads: Because digital album releases and platform access are delivered instantly, we do not offer returns once the download link or platform access has been granted.

  • Event Tickets: All ticket sales and membership credit packs are final and non-refundable.

  • Transfers & Credits: While non-refundable, tickets are fully transferable to another registered member via the Member Portal up to 4 hours before the event. At our sole discretion, users may be eligible for a future event credit valid for 12 months.

7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Movement Productions LLC is registered.
